Comment 3 for bug 426708

This dialog is unnecessary and annoying imho. It Interrupts the users workflow: If he decides to install updates while running on battery this should be no problem (running a distribution upgrade is another issue).

So I suggest to remove this dialog and instead place a small note in the mainwindow.
