downloading boxes start in default dimensions, if resized by user, all items keep same distribution of items centralized, which distorts items ditribution. for example; increaing length, will leave some space above first item (text).

Steps to reproduce:
1. install and run Synaptic Package Manager.
2. After necessary authentication (if any), click reload then "Mark All Upgardes" (hopefully there will be).
3. Now resize the download box (increase length. (See attachment 01 and 02).
4. After download finishes, click "Apply" to see anther box with same status. (kindly see screenshot 30 and 04).
