Hello everyone!

This is a table that has my bitching over the default file icons on Maverick, mostly about missing types/extensions (not really about the icon theme itself but what the heck) and general quirks/normalization attempts.

I promise that you won't find nothing much extreme here. Just straight OCPD nitpicking material!

* the ordered lists imply a step-by-step solution
* the unordered lists offer a exclusive disjunction selection
* the hyper-links point to a logo with a permissive license
