I remember some strange error with a friend's Mac which wasn't willing to display one of my then ptviewer "driven" panoramas. When I visited him and tried myself on his Mac OS 9 computer I suddenly realized that he (as a creative guy) had renamed his HD from the preset "Macintosh HD" to something like "wild data ™" because he had found out where the (tm) symbol was on his keyboard and thought this was pretty cool.

Your attached system information starts with something very similar and I'm not sure if you altered this manually to anonymize your attachment or if you really managed to include path delimiters (":" on a Mac) to your computer's own name as well as to the user name:

Computer Name: :::: MacBook Pro
      User Name: :::: (Ferdi)

If that's the case I'd start with renaming to something that's less error prone.

Also, have you actually saved the project file prior to stitching?

And can you test with a different output format other than JPG?
