In OfficeJet 6500 when printing in double sided mode (duplex) the page content appears to be pushed down by one line. There will be a extra space in the top margin and at the bottom text will often be cut off. The pages print out fine when when using single sided mode. |
In OfficeJet 6500 when printing in double sided mode (duplex) the page content appears to be pushed down by one line. There will be a extra space in the top margin and at the bottom text will often be cut off. The pages print out fine when using single sided mode. This problem also only occurs when printer is added via HPLIP 3.9.6, when printer is added via CUPS it works fine. |
