HPLIP does not currently support the HP Wireless Upgrade Kit (and similar produce models). We've added this to our todo list for review in the future, however I can't give any ETA on when/if/ever this device will be supported.

We do have a unit to test with and have confirmed that it will require a bit to get it working.
