Installation fails with (slightly confusing error messages)
error: Plugin download failed with error code = 8
error: file does not match its checksum. File may have been corrupted or altered

When running "hp-plugin -l debug" the reason turns out to be that the file http:// hplip.sourcefor ge.net/ plugin. conf does not exist.
Expected results:
http:// hplip.sourcefor ge.net/ plugin. conf gets loaded and driver installation proceeds normally.
