The URI for your printer is

 usb://HP/LaserJet%20100%20colorMFP%20M175nw?serial=00CNC9CBV02R&

You substitute URI in the lpadmin command.

Now do 'lpinfo -m | grep m175' to get a PPD to substitute in the
lpadmin command. It begins with postscript=hp and ends with .ppd.

Finally:

 lpadmin -p m175 -v URI -E -m PPD

Does 'lp -d m175 /etc/nsswitch.conf' print?
