Hi Manolo,

How are you connecting the printer? Through USB or LAN? If you are connecting through USB. Can you type lsusb in the terminal and check whether the Printer is connected with the series as given below?

Bus 001 Device 006: ID 03f0:1xxx Hewlett-Packard

And also try downloading libusb package on Ubuntu.

Please let me know if you are still facing any issues.
