Comment 17 for bug 173136

I tried to send the small pdf test fax 4 more times, twice by itself, once as the second page of a two page fax and once as the first page of a three page fax. Interestingly, it never worked when it was faxed alone (0 for 6), but it worked both times that it was faxed with other pages.
