Hi,

Request to follow the below mentioned steps:

1.Uninstall the existing HPLIP: Command "sudo hp-uninstall".
2.Please download the latest hplip-3.16.11.run file from here http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/gethplip.html.
Run command 'sh hplip-3.16.11.run' in terminal to install the package.

After installing, run command 'hp-setup' in terminal to configure the printer.

Let us know if you are able configure the printer and print.
