Can you try below steps.

1)Add below entries to the end of EXPECT_WORD_LIST in /usr/share/hplip/base/utils.py
                "Password:",

2) Save the file

3) Run the plugin command again and let me know the result.
     sh hplip-3.15.11-plugin.run -- -ig'
