Same error with HPLIP 3.15.9

$ rpm -q hplip
hplip-3.15.9-1.fc22.x86_64

The same workaround works as for 3.15.9.
The new plugin URL is https://www.openprinting.org/download/printdriver/auxfiles/HP/plugins/hplip-3.15.9-plugin.run
