3. sudo make install

seems to have done a clean build.

However the only way to run Hplip is :

pi@raspberrypi ~/Desktop/hplip-3.15.2 $ hp-setup -i

I can see the printer on the wifi monitor of Rpi.
The printer is HP Deskjet 3520, sitting 100`smm from the Raspberry Pi
