Note: hp-check can be run in three modes:
1. Compile-time check mode (-c or --compile): Use this mode before compiling the
HPLIP supplied tarball (.tar.gz or .run) to determine if the proper dependencies
are installed to successfully compile HPLIP.
2. Run-time check mode (-r or --run): Use this mode to determine if a distro
supplied package (.deb, .rpm, etc) or an already built HPLIP supplied tarball
has the proper dependencies installed to successfully run.
3. Both compile- and run-time check mode (-b or --both) (Default): This mode
will check both of the above cases (both compile- and run-time dependencies).

Hi,
Thanks for reporting the issue in HPLIP. To help us understand and analyze the issue please follow following things. hplipopensource .com/hplip- web/install/ install/ index.html (automatic installer) or hplipopensource .com/hplip- web/install/ manual/ index.html (manual installation, if automatic installer does not work)
=> Download and install the latest HPLIP release (Latest is 3.13.2 and not 3.12.2) from
http://
http://
=> Reconfigure print queue with the commands in the terminal mentioned below. config- printer (remove all print queues)
=> system-
=> su -c "hp-plugin"
or
=> sudo hp-plugin (This will download right plugin)
=> hp-setup (It should not be run in a root mode. This command is adding print queue, make sure you select ppd name having "-ps" or "hpcups" substring)
=>Try printing now.
