Hi Tim,

This issue happens, if system is not restarted after HPLIP is installed.
Please restart system and try to configure printer using wifi.

If problem still persists, then uninstall and re-install as follows
$ su -c "hp-uninstall"

Download HPLIP-3.12.9 and install as follows
$ sh hplip-3.12.9.run
