Detailed bug description:
When you are trying to import some package and you current session in the Horizon will be closed(by time out for example) it is possible that after clicking the button "Next" in the "Import Package" you browser will hang and you will be able to see next message in the Dashboard "Danger: There was an error submitting the form. Please try again."
Steps to reproduce:
1. In the Horizon go to Applications > Manage > Packages
2. Go to import any package from a.o.o
3. When you chose the package open another browser window and log out from Dashboard
4. Go back to the previous browser window and click the button "Next" to continue importing the package
Expected results:
You will be moved to the authorization page
