Comment 0 for bug 1331020

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create network.
2. Create router.
3. Add netowrk interface to router (a. Navigate to router details page b. click "Add Interface" c. use network created in p.1)

Actual Result:
Interface status on router details page is "DOWN" until I manually refresh page.

Expected result:
Interface status on roter details page should be automatically updated (due to consistency with other elenments statuses in horizon).
