Comment 2 for bug 1886595

I never realized how much I used this until Quicken started going downhill and I was looking for alternatives, I found this feature to be lacking across the board. MS Money and Quicken seem to be the only ones that had it. I've learned to get by using the ledger view but this lone feature has prompted me to begin writing my own tool because so many years later and it just can't be found.
