Comment 1 for bug 1250639

Goodday, Angus. I'd like to redetermine this problem (from bug to blueprint [1]).
Since security groups resources already had method "convert nova SG to neutron SG", heat could handle stack update for each resource.
Would it be better to implement update for each resource ?
