@Sahdev, i tried to test it and pasted the generated templates here

I have highlighted the issues
1. outputs are missing from provider template for scaling unit
2. invalid Alarm is generated. supposed to be removed when as scaling policy does not include it. (there is an separate policy called AlarmPolicy)

Tacker needs these issues to get fixed from HT. Kindly help. thanks
