Comment 1 for bug 610727

I only found one instance when the similar site message didn’t appear, whenscanning a site not owned by anyone. I fixed it and committed it. Other than that, it appeared on all successful scan or hack boxes. The hacked / scanned site must have a valid tag for the message to appear.
