I meant:

Hello. I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. To clarify, what I meant
was, the user can't click the reply button to have many @'s to different
users in 1 tweet. Clicking "reply" on more than 1 tweet in the timeline will
erase the existing message in the text box (where the tweet is being typed
on).

The user can still manually add multiple @'s though
