Bug Description

- add a certain tag to all of them
- remove a common tag from all of them

mass adding is already working. We need a general ui for batch action though.

Maybe we can implement batch removing in the same dialog by prepending a character like '!' or '-' before the name of tag.

There might be similar issues like when renaming tags (you should update your editor window as well...) It could be done in a quick'n'dirty way -- use the same code as when you do drag'n'drop on the special tag "Task with no tags".
