I am looking into this too now. I love GTG.
We cant store all info. However we can store "what u did with tasks. As in:

When did i create this task, when did i modify something to it, when did i closed it, when did i stop looking at it.
This would allow us to associate files and websites to the tasks :)
Can we discuss this somewhere on IRC ?
