Does this mean to allow user to determine whether give a tag to a bug?

If each one of these start creating a tag for itself, my tag bar will become too cluttered and lose its functionality completely. It'd be more preferable to me to have a single tag, say "bugs" and let all of these aggregate under it.

Besides this, how about to allow user to select one from set of a
bug's attributes also, such as component, product or someone else.
Then, when a bug's information is retrieved from a related Bugzilla
service, several tags are attached to it according to user's
preference.
