Remember view state

Bug Description

When you pick a tag in the Tags sidebar to view select tasks and reopen the application, you are shown the All tags list again. GTG should remember the tag filtering.

    This bug has been resolved in the daily PPA. Also, this bug is a duplicated of https://bugs.launchpad.net/gtg/+bug/1050520
