Bug Description
Desired behavior: I select a tag, e.g @school and then I turn off GTG or turn off my computer. During the next start GTG preselects the tag, i.e. @school if tag @school exists.
An ideal bug for new contributors. You need to do:
1) Create a new "setting" last used tag
2) When user change the tag, save the settings
3) During the startup, check if the tag exists and then preselect the tag.

I have installed gtg with version 0.3.r1306~raring1 and this is not solved for me, what could be causing this?
When I
1. Open GTG
2. Select a tag from the sidebar
3. Close GTG
4. Open GTG again
I am shown the All tasks meta-tag
