You should be able to fix it by reverting your configuration (revert button top right - this only reserts the list entries, you can do the changes again afterwards).
However to let me analyze the problem, I'd like to see these files:
/etc/grub.d (whole directory, I'd suggest zipping it)
/boot/grub
/etc/default/grub
