There's a syntax error in /etc/default/grub

GRUB_DEFAULT=""Manjaro Linux"

Must be replaced by

GRUB_DEFAULT="Manjaro Linux"

But I'm wondering about the reason of this error... There was another user having a similar problem on this distribution.
