Yes. For further clarification, the HP equivalent to the tenant name is now the "project name", and the id number is the tenant number. The HP guy I spoke to said it was 'preferable' to use the number.

e.g., for the following from the HP console:
"Project: evilnick1
ID: 88246674274378
Status enabled"

would give
tenant_name = 'evilnick1'
or
tenant_id = 88246674274378
