for a possible application it would probably be a good idea to provide sound background information about the project, including the fact that GNUsim8085 has recently become an "award winning" multi-platform 8085 emulator featuring an embedded development environment, including an assembler and debugger. Also, some interesting suggestions for projects should probably be summarized, as implementing a single feature only would probably not really satisfy the gsoc requirements. Well, maybe for the exception of generalizing the simulator to also emulate other processors and architectures, but most other RFEs are probably too trivial if implemented in isolation
