Thanks DoctorMo.

Interestingly, I am finding the screensaver named Pictures Folder has figured it out and cycles two different photos at a time. I don't know if this helps but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I really appreciate what you've done. Your contribution is wonderful and appreciated very much. Again, thank you and I appreciate you having a look at this request.

Subject: [Bug 264576] Re: Compatability Request for Dual Monitors

This feature request is interesting. The problem is really the way in
which nvidia twin view works. It breaks the very way in which xorg deals
with multiple monitors by creating one very large desktop with a very
large horizontal resolution. Unfortunately this means there is very
little programs like mine can do to configure the desktop backgrounds.
Unless you can set this setting in the normal backgrounds setting pannel
it's something nvidia has to fix in the way they do this feature (or
wait for the free driver to be ready)

Bug description:
I just completed the installation for nvidia-settings which allows for monitor spanning (twin-view). The current setup centers the desktop image in the split, putting half on one monitor and half on the other. I love this when I use only large, landscape images but I also use a Flickr RSS feed. I believe a wonderful feature would be having two different images on each side. Alternatively, having only the primary monitor change desktops would improve the situation.
