Looks like something's wrong with the tuning data. You could try a couple of things:
- check if the error occurs with different channels as well
- generate channels.conf with other tools (e.g. scan) and setup the device manually (http://live.gnome.org/DVBDaemon/UserGuide#Manual_setup)

For testing you should first try if recording works properly.
