Umm, how about getting rid of the "Add/Remove More Programs" button altogether, and have the "Close" button close the dialogue, returning to the main application window. If the user wants to quit the application, there is is a "Cancel" button in the main window. Which should probably be rephrased "Quit" by the way.

The current interface is more complicated than it has to be.
