Sorry for not answering. I'm actually unsure about the Adobe flash player. The computer in question is my sister's. She says that she clicked a link on YouTube to download it when she couldn't watch any videos - I don't actually know why she couldn't watch videos in the first place, maybe I just hadn't installed gnash yet or I had deactivated it and forgotten to reactivate it. Anyway, I checked the computer for the Adobe flash player as well as I could (I searched for anything containing "Adobe", "Macromedia" or "flash" both in the Ubunutu Software Center and on the whole computer), but I couldn't find anything. As far as I remember (I have no access to that computer at the moment), I also checked Firefox's add-on settings and gnash (and not Adobe) was listed. I think I'm going to delete everything related to Firefox (except personal things like bookmarks) and re-install the program - maybe there's an odd chance that will help.
