Comment 0 for bug 401939

For the pages that have an embedded DotSub movie, when the movie is playing and I put the cursor inside the frame (over the movie), horizontal and vertical scrollbars suddenly appear, then disappear, in a flickering fashion. It's probably a matter of simply resizing the frame to be a few pixels larger?
