Show in Taskbar and Always on Top options should be mutually exclusive

Bug Description

Currently, you can set options like "Always on Top" or "Show in Taskabr"

These options affect each other and should be combined into one behavior. Let me describe the problem:

If you don't select always on top or show in taskbar, you can lose Gloobus and the only way to get it back is to either:
a. close/minimize all other windows :(
b. alt-tab :/
c. compiz scale :|

If you select "always on top" then there is no real need for Gloobus to be shown in the taskbar.

Thus there should be one option: "Always on Top"

When selected, Gloobus will never appear in the taskbar.

When unselected, Gloobus will always appear in the taskbar.

what if i want my preview like all my other windows (idem est not always on top) and i want to retrieve it via my taskbar?

I'm with Daniel on this. If you have Always on top active you will
ALWAYS see the window and can easily click on it. It's far easier to
click a large window then a small taskbar entry. And there is less
duplication of visual information on screen.
But if it's not Always on Top then it makes sense to have it in the
taskbar so you can select it from there.
