Newton is now fixed, but mitaka needs an oslo.concurrency requirements bump to 3.8.0.

For liberty, it is still using 2.6.x version and we need to first merge: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/327630/, then release a new version of olso.concurrency in order to bump requirements for stable/liberty.
