I have the revised downstream stakegolder notifications ready to send as soon as the new Cinder patch from comment #223 is okayed and clean backports (at least as far back as stable/2023.1) are attached to the bug. If there's a Cinder core reviewer awake who can do that, the sooner I get this sent the better.
