Ack, I wasn't aware there was an actual distinction in name, but was sure we had a mechanism for the "notification of recommended config" as you note. So yeah, I guess I'd tend to lean towards the "note" option given that this has been broken since its introduction, but am fine with whatever Abhi decides.
