Comment 12 for bug 1799588

We use sample_default for several config values, so regardless of what's decided about changing the default value for paste_deploy.flavor, part of the fix for this bug should be a patch to update requirements.txt and lower-constraints.txt in glance once oslo.config 6.6.3 is released and upper-constraints.txt has been updated in the requirements repo.
