Bug Description

When trying to push multiple commits with certain UTF-8 characters (i.e. horizontal ellipsis http://www.charbase.com/2026-unicode-horizontal-ellipsis \u2026), Python exception is being thrown when displaying "You are about to submit multiple commits. [...]" confirmation message.

This issue on SO addresses the problem: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25680921/error-while-submitting-code-to-gerrit-using-git-review-on-windows/25693366#25693366
