Just a few paranoia checks:

(1) Are we 100% sure that all code and all cube definitions (in GlobalHealthObservatory.xml) currently in StarTeam are exactly in synch with the code and definitions used for the WHO performance stress test?

(2) We most likely won't have up-to-date data in our MySQL database ... can a complete database backup be placed to StarTeam (or Central Desktop, or Launchpad)?
