Bug Description
The PDFs for the country profiles are, for release 1, generated offline, and stored in the Webit content management system. This allows the same file to be linked both in the GHO web pages as well as the GHO application. Provides a simpler process and greater consistency.

We had a meeting on monday with the business and web side of the GHO (Kathy, Ties, et co.) In discussing the GHO system interface it was decided that it would be better to remove the link to country profiles on the GHO left menu and instead replace it with a link back to the GHO content on the WHO corporate website. This will simplify overall navigation and allow us to store multiple different profiles for each country without having to update the GHO system user interface
