Bug Description

1. GHO Home is actually the webit site, much more than the database. Make two links, one for webit and one for database. GHO Home and GHO database home?

2. Suggest making the links more prominent than the current tiny one.

yeah, it's currently a bit confusing - Bug #480049 is to remove the country profiles link and replace it with a link to the GHO content on the corporate website, this one will focus on putting in a proper link to the GHO system home

Added the links in the menu - updated the who-gho-leftmenu.css file so that we'd have proper categories to do this and added the links to the GHO Home/Start page (I labelled it Start but we can change it) and added a link to the WHO web site GHO entity (http://www.who.int/gho)
