Peter, I've tested the patch, it seems to be working OK. I'm attaching
the testcase I've been playing with - it seems that an A4-sized
schematic is too small to trigger this behavior - the attached one is
A2. I've copied the existing schematic in 4x4 grid and it works fine
even then!
It seems to fix this particular problem, but please note how dragging
the selection box becomes slower and slower the larger amount of
schematic is being enclosed by the box... I guess there's more work to
be done in the area of drawing speed.
