Not sure why it states fix released, tried to update/upgrade but there were no updates applied:

eli@homel006:~$ sudo apt-get upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Unable to install Chrome, Vivaldi, Slimjet, or any thrid party *.DEB package in general via the software center.
