I have already mentioned I have seen the shortcuts from dconf-editor.
In other words there is no shortcut for show desktop/hide all normal windows.
I did not find any shortcut/setting in Keyboard settings manager for show desktop/Hide all normal windows so I tried to set it using dconf-editor. In dconf-editor I find that it is already set to ['<Super>Down', '<Super>s']. So there is no way to set show-desktop shortcut.
So basically I am saying that meaning of show-desktop setting is changed to show workspace switcher
show-desktop is present in dconf schema at org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings.
