Sometimes, Gala has a strange behavior

When you open one of this Apps, Gala has a strange behavior: clicking on all widgets doesn't work everytime and it gives focus on something else (I can see Plank auto-showing).

I hope that you've understand me :)

It's maybe because they use something else that a real Gtk (I think XULRunner or Qt)

Here are two videos, it don't only happens on other Libraries but on files and Midori too...

As you can see, it's as if one part on the screen was unactive, the only way to remove this is to restart gala...
